Refund Policy

If you are a consumer, you may cancel within 14 days of enrolment for a full refund, provided your cohort has not yet started and you have not downloaded or streamed more than a nominal amount of course material. Where you asked us to begin delivery within that period, we may deduct a proportionate amount for what you have used.

• More than 21 days before the start date: 100% refund, less a £75 / ₹7,500 / AED 350 administration fee.
• 8–21 days before the start date: 50% refund, or a free transfer to the next cohort.
• 7 days or fewer before the start date: no refund; one paid transfer may be offered.

Once teaching has begun, fees are non-refundable because materials, faculty time and cohort places are committed. If serious personal circumstances prevent you continuing (illness, bereavement, relocation), contact us with supporting information — we will normally offer a deferral to a later cohort at no cost.

Self-paced access is refundable only within the 14-day cooling-off period and only where course consumption remains below 20% of the material.

You may transfer to a later cohort once, subject to availability. Transfers requested after the start date carry a £150 / ₹15,000 / AED 700 fee. Places are personal and cannot be transferred to another individual.

If we cancel a cohort or make a material change you do not accept, you receive a full refund or a free transfer — your choice.

ACFE membership fees, CFE Exam fees and any payment-provider currency charges are not paid to us and are not refundable by us.

Email admissions@cfeglobal.com from your registered address with your name, cohort and reason. We acknowledge within 3 working days and process approved refunds to the original payment method within 14 working days.
