Terms & Conditions

These terms govern your enrolment on and use of CFE Global training programmes and this website.

Last updated: 12 August 2026

1. Who we are

CFE Global is a trading brand of Future Learners Academy Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. Registered office: 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom. Regional offices: Business Bay, Dubai, United Arab Emirates and Mumbai, India. Contact: admissions@cfeglobal.com.

2. Enrolment and eligibility

A place is confirmed only when we have received your completed registration and cleared payment (or an agreed instalment schedule). You are responsible for ensuring the information you give us is accurate. Our readiness check is indicative only and does not constitute an ACFE eligibility decision.

3. Fees and payment

Fees are quoted in GBP, INR and AED and are payable in advance unless an instalment plan is agreed in writing. Fees cover CFE Global tuition, materials and support only. ACFE membership fees, exam fees and any third-party charges are paid by you directly to the relevant body. Where an instalment payment is missed, access may be suspended until the account is brought up to date.

4. Course delivery and changes

We deliver programmes through live online cohorts, recordings and periodic in-person workshops. We may reasonably change timetables, faculty, platforms or session formats. Where a change is material, we will notify you and offer a transfer to the next cohort. Cohorts may be rescheduled if minimum numbers are not met.

5. Your account and access

Access to course materials is personal, non-transferable and licensed to you for the duration of your programme plus any stated extension period. You may not record, reproduce, resell, publish or share materials, recordings or assessment content.

6. Conduct

We expect professional conduct in all sessions and channels. We may suspend or withdraw a student, without refund, for harassment, plagiarism, exam misconduct, or unauthorised distribution of materials.

7. Cancellation and refunds

Cancellations, transfers and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

8. No guarantee of exam outcome

CFE Global is an independent training provider and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or accredited by the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE). We prepare you for the CFE Exam; we cannot guarantee a pass, ACFE membership approval, or any employment outcome.

9. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Otherwise, our total liability in connection with a programme is limited to the fees you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, save that consumers resident elsewhere retain the protection of their local mandatory law.
